5678 Vocals Terms and Conditions

5678 Vocals is a custom cheer vocal production company that provides customized vocals to cheer music producers for their clients, who consist mostly of cheerleading teams who compete at public events and require licensed music. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of 5678 Vocals’ services.

By accessing this service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use 5678 Vocals’ service if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Services

5678 Vocals provides custom cheer vocal production services. These services include the creation of original cheer vocal tracks designed for use in cheerleading competitions.
 

Licensing and Copyright

 
Each vocal track created by 5678 Vocals is licensed, not sold. The client obtains the right to use the track in their cheerleading routines for public and private performances, but does not gain ownership of the track. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the vocal track remain the sole property of 5678 Vocals.
 

User Conduct and Obligations

The client agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission of 5678 Vocals.
 

Payment

 

Payments are required upfront for all services. No work will commence on any project until payment is received in full. All payments are non-refundable.
 

Termination

 

5678 Vocals reserves the right to terminate any project or client relationship if the client is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, with no refunds issued.
 

Limitation of Liability

 

In no event will 5678 Vocals, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of the service.
 

Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 5678 Vocals, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services.
 

Modification of Terms

 

5678 Vocals reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. The client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service after changes have been implemented will constitute agreement to the revised terms.
 

Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
